The new console gives resellers full control and visibility over their customers’ backup services from a single, unified portal, providing resellers the insight they need to be successful offering Spanning Backup, the highest-rated, most complete product for protecting Google Apps data.

The Spanning Authorized Reseller Console enables partners to manage their customer accounts from a convenient portal. Resellers can view a list of all customers to easily check the status of their backup, compare the number of Spanning licenses to the number of Google accounts and identify the percentage of customer Google accounts covered with Spanning Backup. Resellers can also view the subscription period for each customer, receipts for all reseller purchases and specify contact information for customers with billing and support questions.
The Reseller Console supports the value added reseller (VAR) business model by optimizing the sales transaction between Spanning and its VAR partners. This allows the reseller to set the appropriate price for their end-user customer based on their specific market, the level of service provided and other software included with the Spanning Backup license.
