Adlucent, a leader in retail search marketing and analytics, today announced the appointment of Angela Vasquez as Chief Financial Officer. Vasquez brings more than 15 years of strategic financial leadership to Adlucent, including senior roles at technology leaders Dell, Vignette and McAfee. In her new role, she will lead all aspects of Adlucent’s financial, legal and human resources operations as the company continues to rapidly expand its retail client base and performance-based marketing and analytics solutions.

An experienced corporate finance and strategy executive, Vasquez most recently served as CFO of Hospice Source where she was responsible for all financial, human resources, and information technology-related activities. At Hospice Source, she led the design, planning and implementation of critical strategic initiatives around pricing and business monitoring and was instrumental in the company’s rapid turnaround.
Vasquez previously served as Vice President of Finance and Worldwide Controller of McAfee, Inc. While at McAfee, she was responsible for controllership activities of a $1 billion business and drove strategic transformation of the finance organization through a combination of people, process and technology changes. Vasquez managed a global team of over 180 employees, leading the company through several critical compliance-related matters and driving the overall integration of a $350M acquisition of a global European-based business.
Prior to McAfee, Vasquez was Controller of Vignette Corporation where she led finance through several acquisitions, compliance efforts and growth initiatives. She began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and held international finance and accounting positions at Dell, Inc. Vasquez is a graduate of the University of Texas, Austin, where she received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master’s Degree in Accounting.
